We have begun our online FlyAround fitness classes!
Ground- based classes to work out and learn new skills, you can enjoy these in your own home designed specifically to keep us fit, strong, flexible and happy.
Ground-based workouts for you to enjoy at home inspired by Grace's wealth of experience in dance and aerial fitness. Hosted on Zoom each week you'll be led through a series of exercises and Grace will give live feedback via your video sharing. You'll be exercising with a group and feeling more motivated and empowered!
